The Contacts Database contains the co-ordinates of persons who have expressed an interested in Human Language Technologies or who are directly involved in R&D activities. This data is collected and maintained by HLTCentral, a web site under the joint development of two EU funded projects, ELSNET and EUROMAP/HOPE.
